Apart from our standard photo services, Buzz Photo also offers a selection of add-on services certain to help a property stand out amongst average listings. Each service can be added to any photo package to create the ultimate property showcase. Simply select the add-on service you want to include when booking your appointment. Some services can even be booked separately without a full photo package.

I service the greater Richmond area and will travel within 25 miles of the city center without any additional fees. Beyond 25 miles, a travel fee of $2 per mile will be added to your total.
Yes! Please email, call, or text me to reschedule your appointment. You can reschedule your appointment without any fees if done so within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
There is a $25 rescheduling fee if you reschedule within 2 hours of your scheduled appointment time. If you reschedule in advance of 2 hours there is no fee.
Yes. Appointments can be cancelled 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time without a cancellation fee.
There is a $75 cancellation fee if appointments are cancelled within 12 hours of the appointment time. If appointments are cancelled more than 12 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time there is no cancellation fee.
Our official turnaround time is 24 hours, although typically we are able to make your photos available to you much earlier.
Each property receives it’s own stylish online gallery at no extra charge so you can quickly and easily share your photos with clients and coworkers. Once your photos have been edited, a link unique to your specific property will be emailed to you which will allow you to both share the gallery as-well-as download the photos for use on MLS or printed materials. The number of photos you receive will depend on the size of the property and the photo package you purchase. The Economy Package includes a minimum of 20 photos, Standard Package a minimum 30 photos, Luxury Package a minimum 40 photos, and Estate Package a minimum 50 photos.
Typically it’s best if you’re at the property to make sure the property is in suitable condition for the photoshoot. But if you’re unable to attend the photoshoot or you’re confident the property is in satisfactory condition, we’re happy to conduct the shoot independently. Please understand that while we are happy to move small items to make the property look its best, we are not responsible for moving large objects or excessive debris.
